Hiring My First Employees
Okay. I have two people working with me, for me. Sorry. Correction. I have one working for me/with me and another soon to join me. This transition from sole operator to team builder/player/manager/owner is difficult, i dont know which to duties to let go. But I know I must. And I have learnt to trust.
