This is a great lesson for any business owner or manager.

Sometimes you have a person with some authority in an organisation, but who is just a fool and doesn’t know what they are doing.

You see these people in many offices in PNG. They occupy managerial posistions especially in Government bodies etc, but they dont do anything.

They dont add any value and many times the presence of these people affect the whole culture of the organisation , making people bitter and petty, as they all want to work, but the ‘boss’ who is the fool is juts not pulling his or her weight.

If you are business person or a manager of a department, you want everything running smoothly with hard workers you can rely on.

But having the wrong person is one of the positions of authority, undermines your efforts and could lead to failure. 

If you want to make your system more effective and profitable, you got to make a simple choice.

To Make a System Fool Proof, you have to remove the fool.
