In his book ‘Its Getting Easier,’ the late John Savage, super insurance salesman said the problem with many men was that they don’t have trust.

If they have a family they don’t trust their wives in their relationship as well as with their finances, if they have a business they don’t trust their employees, if they have children they don’t trust them to become successful.

He said most men are too involved, to micro-managing everything that when they die, their family is in bad shape without them, their kids struggle without them and their businesses collapse.

He simply states trusting people is important for any long term success. And how do you start trusting others more. You just simply trust them.
